Top Destination Wedding- Vegas Baby! Elegant Outdoor Venue at the nearby fabulous Valley of Fire for this Aussie Elopement

Australia! A magical, dynamic country with lots of very fun people who live and work there every day. But everyday life was not what Lucy and James wanted for a wedding! These two wanted a destination wedding and what better place than the mother of all destinations, Las Vegas! Dazzling, sparkling, tantalizing, and we are only scratching the surface here in descriptive terms. When planning a destination wedding, one must take into consideration the after party, and how to keep all those family and friends busy and happy after the ceremony. Can’t get any better than Vegas! Honeymoon, dinner, and the lights and attractions of the Las Vegas Strip abound! But I digress on how we got to this point in the first place.

For their ceremony and wedding, Lucy and James also wanted an outdoor venue, to be married in the vast Mojave desert, but somewhere not too far from Vegas. And there is no better place to have a wedding than the Valley of Fire! Lucy and James wanted to be married there for their special wedding. This magical place boasts rocks of all colors, red, pink, orange and yellow. Gold Ridge is the name of this site within the park. Golds, yellows, and across the vista fiery red sandstone cliffs loomed. The best of all the worlds available on their special day.

For Lucy and James, we had arranged for their wedding party to arrive in style in a limo bus provided by our trusted limo company. Lucy’s hair and makeup were spectacular and we have to tell you, she has been growing her hair out for 13 years plus! We had never had a bride with such luxurious long hair! She looked divine! We are pretty sure James thought so, too! And the simple elegance of a romantic desert wedding in moody purple tones with pops of black and gold accents with desert cactus appealed to this lovely bride.

One of the sweet memories of this wedding were her two little flower girls, Hannah and Lucy, appropriately dressed as butterflies. They were adorable. This group had a wonderful time, and we are so glad they chose us to help with their lovely day! We handled all the little details, transportation, flowers, park permits, as officiant-The Fabulous Angie of Peachy Keen weddings, as well as much more to make James and Lucy’s day carefree and full of joy. We loved this Australian couple and their family and friends! Thanks for coming to spend some time with us!
