This wedding was a true elopement, folks! Contacting us just a week prior, Shinko and Adam were the sweetest, most laid-back couple. They wanted their parents and siblings to see them marry and that was it. And Shinko’s only decor request was to use the color rust. That gave our planner free range to design everything from the arch to the florals and cake! Thanks, Amanda!

Adam and a roommate had a party in college at their place. And not just once. Wouldn’t you know, one of the times, Shinko attended! You think that is how they met, right? WRONG! She was at his home, has selfies and friend photos from that party, but never met Adam for several YEARS! When they finally did meet, and began talking about Adams’ best friend, it seems she had been to parties at that house for years earlier and never met that night. Years go by, and later while attending that same college, they finally met and fell in love!

We loved the quiet, but fun energy of this couple, and how Adam made Shinko smile so happily during the day. His energy was infectious, and after they were married, they danced down the aisle to a hip-hop song, what a way to have a first dance! Shinko was lovely, with a stunning flowing gown, cutwork lace, and a pearl-like hairpiece which was just as beautiful as her gown. Adam looked great, and Shinko had eyes only for him.
