Sunny Desert Wedding | Alex and Anthony

Some of us go to college, others start off in different vocational directions. But for Alex and Anthony, college gets an A plus for introducing our sweet couple from today! She played volleyball on scholarship at the University of Mobile, and he play baseball on a scholarship as well! This couple was so easy going and grateful to be with us on their wedding day. And we loved their sweet Southern drawls.

Vegas can be sunny and warm and this wedding was no exception. It seems to be brighter here than in other locations as well. We love the sun!

Their ceremony was short and sweet, with the officiant being a friend of theirs, Amy. She was a little intimidated to have such a heavy responsibility, but did a marvelous job for her dear friends.

Beautiful florals of whites, greens and blue thistles , and a big ole’ white cake with green brushstrokes completed this wedding! Alex even cut the cake with Anthony and put a dollop of frosting right on his nose!

This wedding was a fast one for us as the couple had booked a different wedding company who was not aware of the rule of needing to use a permitted wedding company such as ourselves at Valley of Fire, and left our couple high and dry with only a month to scramble finding a new company. We are so glad they found us, because we want every wedding to be beautiful and worry free, and once we got involved, it was just that for our Alex and Anthony. This couple became very dear to us, as all of our couples do. We seriously love each and every one of our couples, and it becomes a joy to work on their weddings.

So Alex and Anthony, we love you, and it was seriously a joy to meet you and your family and friends. What a marvelous bright sunny wedding! We wish you the very best, and hope your memories of this day will be only those of joy, tears of happiness, and love for all who were with you to share it. And don’t forget the girls matching tattoos from Fremont Street!
