Are you just dying to know how Tik Tok brought a beautiful girl and a handsome guy together? It began a while back when Shelbie, scrolling those crazy Tik Tok posts, came upon a video that caught her eye and then some. It happened that Taylor had posted a dance of himself, and Shelbie just wanted to know a little bit more about this guy. She messaged that cute Taylor, and the rest is all Tok. That is how it began… or if you ask the nieces and nephew who carried the cute little sign as they walked down the aisle… “She PRAYED for you Uncle Taylor!”
God does answer prayers, just ask Shelbie!
There were a bunch of tender moments with these two as they celebrated their wedding day. Taylor had lost his mom just a few short weeks before the wedding, so it was important to honor her on their special day. We felt her love for Taylor and his love for his mom. We watched Taylor wipe tears as he saw Shelbie walk down the aisle, seeing her in her wedding dress for the first time. We listened to her father sing to this sweet couple as they danced their first dance together as husband and wife. There was also Taylor’s belt buckle he wore that day, which meant so much because it was given to him by a dear friend’s family to remember that close friendship. And not to forget, we ate TACOS, which added to the joy of the day! Who doesn’t love a taco truck wedding?!
This was a truly lovely wedding, with all the love, joy, happiness, and a few tears that one day could hold. God is truly in the details… Congratulations Shelbie and Taylor! Our love and best wishes to you as you start this new journey! We loved every moment with you!
