When we say this wedding had so much flair, we really mean it. Angie and Justin loved the Valley of Fire, and really wanted to be married there. Free spirits are drawn to the amazing wide open spaces of Valley of Fire and a great destination location of a Mojave Desert wedding. And our couple are true, and lovely adventuresome free spirits.
Angie and Justin were so much fun, and from the moment we saw our bride in her fantastic bridal gown, we knew the party was on!
Angie had her gown created in a unique way with a white bodice, then with the lower half of her gown being all kinds of vibrant colors, representing a rainbow of colors with each individual chakra, or energy field within the body being represented. For those unfamiliar, every chakra carries a unique frequency, wavelength, and density. In addition, each of the seven chakras is associated with a specific color that matches its vibration.
Beautiful harp music was played during an amazing ceremony which included the pouring of colored rocks matching the chakra colors, and a funfetti cake with a Koala cake topper, because to Justin, she is his Koala! These two are also really into Yoga, and even did some amazing acro yoga poses later for us to photograph later during the last part of our day, right before a glorious desert sunset.
Angie and Justin, you really created a beautiful and wonderful day, unique to the both of you! We love it! All the best wishes, and love to you both! We were honored to have you with us to celebrate your day! Congratulations from all of us at Cactus and Lace Weddings!
