“She was different from all the other girls I had ever dated. She was so beautiful, but also kind, and compassionate, and had a very loving heart.” And the way he spoke those words really impacted us in a very forceful way. We knew, really knew, that this man loved this woman powerfully. It was the way he spoke about her when we asked him the simple question, “So what made you know she was the one?” He did not even hesitate. The answer was spontaneous and forthright. Just like George.
He was dressed impeccably, in a beautifully, detailed deep blue suit, with dark blue dress shoes from Louis Vuitton. And he had flown to New Zealand from Australia to get just the perfect ring for her. So we knew that he would not have settled for just any girl. There had to be something special about her, and not just the way she looked, although Marijana is absolutely stunningly, lovely. He wanted someone who had a heart as beautiful as her face. A woman whose soul matched that heart. And he had found that girl in Marijana. And when we met her, we could see exactly what he meant.
Marijana is a delight. She wore an amazingly, stunning long wedding gown with beautiful lace details. Her shoes matched and set off the beautiful sweeping edge of her dress. And that dress, oh my, perfection; it fit her absolutely perfectly. And she was such a good sport with all we asked of her as we photographed her. She is a sure match for George. If anyone could tame him, she could. We have a feeling they will be a great match for each other. She has a lilting voice and a ready smile. And we have a feeling she will put that smile to good use on George.
Congratulations, we are so grateful we were able to share your special day. With the vast lovely desert around us, echoing at sunset in quiet solitude with the notes of a beautiful, hauntingly, romantic song. To watch as this newly married couple danced one single dance was a fitting final treat.
