Ellie & Lewis were a VIBE! With a 70’s UK rock n’ roll energy, this couple celebrated formalizing their union with a Mirco wedding for just a few close family members. It was special for us to watch how close-knit and supportive their family is; everyone radiated love for these two.

We loved Ellie and Lewis’ style! Ellie had chains adorning a gorgeous cream-colored silk dress. Plus a hat over her fringe bangs, completing the look with white chained boots. Lewis had on a pin-striped vest and bold red tie, complementing Ellie’s attire perfectly. We love it when couples are completely themselves in style! And we have to mention Ellie’s dark stone, spider web style wedding band; so unique.

Romance in All Ways

Ellie swears she was forced by a friend to make an online dating account back in 2015, where Lewis and Ellie met. From the very beginning, Lewis was thoughtful and lovely and they spoke for a few months online before arranging a first date. Lewis took Ellie to a quaint, cute tea room with gardens for ice cream. Such a romantic!

After years together, Lewis’s proposal was just as romantic. While attending the wedding reception of a childhood best friend, Lewis asked to go for a walk along the river, a perfect calm evening stroll. As they got round the river bend and away from the wedding party, Lewis got down on one knee. He said his hands were empty because he wanted Ellie to choose the perfect ring that she’d be happy to wear forever. With a full moon reflecting off the river below, both dressed up; it was just the perfect, private moment for a marriage proposal.

Keeping in line with intimate moments they close a destination desert wedding with Cactus and Lace for a private and isolated wedding ceremony. Officiating, Berlynn met us out in the raw desert, with just simple decor, for a ceremony as lovey and special as Ellie & Lewis are. But we always love to have a treat of some kind, even if it’s not a full wedding cake. Cookies from Crumbl were a complete hit. Ellie, Lewis, and all the guests all kept feeding each other cookies and sharing the different flavors.
