High school friends, Dean and Kaeley hadn’t seen each other in years and had lived their separate lives. Until 10 years ago, when they were reunited over Facebook in 2014 and fell in love!
Living in a modern farmhouse in Connecticut, this blended family of 2 daughters and one son also houses 5 dogs, 2 cats, 1 snake, 1 tortoise, 14 chickens, 2 turkeys, and 3 guinea pigs! They left the animals at home but chose to bring the close family with them to tie the knot in the desert of Nevada.
Rain threatened the day but thankfully we didn’t get a drop. Kaeley & Dean were both so content and just happy to be there. It seemed as though they had both been through so much in life that they now embodied gratitude and love, embracing the moment; alive and together.
Renting a Ferrari as their getaway car, we knew they were car lovers. So we got them a little gift of a Nevada license plate that read “Just Married.” Genuine happiness radiated on their faces with that gift which, of course, made us all the more pleased.
The sweetest moment of the day was when Kaeley put her hand on Dean’s cheek during the ceremony to wipe away a tear. Dean is a big tough guy; it was sweet to see him soften.
Kaeley & Dean also had our recently available add-on of Instant Content Creation to their wedding package so we were pleased to also present them with video footage from their wedding before they left us at sunset. They were really excited to leave with that USB of their day in videos as they drove away in their Ferrari.
