Usually, at the Valley of Fire, the sun is glaring, bright, and pretty bold. But for our wedding for Shannon and Luke, their winter wedding day was soft, and overcast, and made for some lovely photos of our couple with reflected light from the clouds.
As they arrived, Luke waited for Shannon at the arch with the officiant. Their sweet little daughter Kennedy, was able to watch as they were married. She stole the show in her fluffy little jacket, and little Doc Martens! But our bride, Shannon, was so lovely in her wedding gown, with a beautiful full-length train. She locked eyes on Luke and they pretty much forgot the rest of the group for a while as the ceremony was performed. Shannon had asked the officiant secretly to include mention of some of Luke’s favorite movies and shows that meant a lot to them, including the series, “Yellowstone”. He cried on that one, it was very sweet and such a tender moment. After the ceremony, the group had toasts, and charcuterie to celebrate with their family and close friends!
Shannon and Luke, we want you to remember the love for felt on this day, the joy you found in each other, and the special memories that will stay with you forever. Congratulations, and all our love and best wishes!
